Setup of Central IT and Support for Local Multi Branch Estate Agency
TQS were commissioned to onboard a local well-known Estate Agency with eight branches. These eight branches were operating different IT systems within each office with no ability to share data amongst other offices. Furthermore, the customer wanted a first class IT support service for use by all its staff across each office.
TQS’ Approach and Solution
A review of each office’s system was undertaken and a number of options were delivered to the Partners of the firm. Office 365 was elected to be installed and each offices’ data was migrated from on-premise servers to Office 365 during a course of three months.
The company’s IT infrastructure now follows one set of technical guidelines with data being held in one central location and its staff operating in a collaborative fashion.
