Support provided to Kent Based Food Retailer
TQS took onboard a local food retailer who had an aged infrastructure which frequently resulted in downtime. An IT review was undertaken and successfully installed a central server infrastructure to support its head office operations along with the ability to handle multiple sites in the future.
TQS’ Approach and Solution
Two years later, an additional Kent site was added to the original infrastructure and a further year another site.
Each site was rewired with both Cat 6 and Fibre Optics for maximum network speed.
On-Going IT support is now provided to all three sites.
