BESPOKE IT SUPPORT
TQS offers a range of support services depending on your type of school. Whether for a Primary, Secondary or Multi-Academy Trust, we have a solution for each.

Our bespoke IT options can provide anything from a full IT managed service to supporting your internal in-house team. We take the time to understand your specific needs, building a truly flexible support package, whilst offering additional modules to best meet your needs.

We offer both remote and onsite IT support depending on your requirements.
- For remote support, we provide a central remote team that can be at the end of a phone call with regular organised visits. This support is provided by our experienced technicians within our own office base.
- For onsite IT support, we provide your establishment with multiple full-time staff resources if required, or during term-time only. The skillset of these engineers would be defined at the outset of any agreement.
Alternatively, if you currently have an in-house IT team that requires additional support, we can work alongside them to complement the skillset and provide managerial service, as well as an additional resource.

THE CLOUD FOR EDUCATION
TQS can provide a review of your current setup and provide a staged service to migrate your school fully into the cloud, whether that be Google or Microsoft 365.

We follow a three-step process:
1. Planning – our Education team will work with your staff to understand your requirements and plan the transition into the cloud.
2. Migration – we will then undertake the migration for your school and keep the downtime to a minimum.
3. Go Live – to ensure a smooth transition, we provide training and onsite support to complement the migration and reassure staff.

ENTERPRISE NETWORKING

Our engineers are fully experienced with the various networking requirements that a school or multi Academy Trust will require. Ranging from a full rollout of a switch and fibre network to planning and installing an enterprise WiFi solution which is robust and tailored to the school’s needs.

Our in-house cabling team can also provide wiring services to the school, which includes both Cat 5, 6 and Fibre Optic Cabling.

CYBER SECURITY

Our TQS technicians and engineers provide regular advice and guidance on the latest cyber security updates. This includes advice and installation of recommended software and hardware solutions to best protect your network.

We also carry out presentations throughout Staff Development Days on how to be safe online and protect the school against malicious activity. We can undertake phishing tests with your staff to understand where additional training may be required.

Our team also works closely with schools to assist in obtaining the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, demonstrating the security of your systems and the reliability of your internal processes.

BACKUP AND DISASTER RECOVERY
TQS has extensive experience in reviewing current internal and cloud strategies and advises on reliable and cost-effective solutions to backup your systems and implement a disaster recovery plan.
