IT SUPPORT
TQS offer a range of support services dependent on the size and sector your business is in. Our options include providing a remote IT support service right through to a fully IT managed service which can include a full-time staff member in your offices.
- For remote support, we provide a central remote team that can be at the end of a phone call with regular organised visits. This support is provided by our experienced technicians within our own office base.
- For onsite IT support, we provide your establishment with multiple full-time staff resources if required, or during term-time only. The skillset of these engineers would be defined at the outset of any agreement.
Alternatively, if you currently have an in-house IT team that requires additional support, we can work alongside them to complement the skillset and provide managerial service, as well as an additional resource.

To help protect your business against malicious activity, we can carry out presentations throughout Staff Development Days on how to be safe online. To highlight where additional training may be required, we can undertake phishing tests with your staff.

Our team can also work closely with your business in obtaining the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, demonstrating the security of your systems and the reliability of your internal processes.
